Upon returning from vacation, we brought our 2020 Forester in for routine maintenance. Christian in the Service dept was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. We were kept informed on the process, and he even went so far as to clean the windshield of the large amount of bugs we had acquired on our trip. This was especially appreciated. Michael, and the entire team, were extremely helpful and friendly when my wife and I needed a new car in a pinch after our old one needed replacing ASAP. We were in and out in practically no time. Bonus points for Diesel the Dog being available for pets while we waited! You can't beat a Subaru and you can't beat the folks at Hanlees.
Michael and Victoria were absolutely amazing. Michael and I went from texting about a car to driving out the lot with a new car in about 4 or 5 hours total. Very professional, and they were able to get us a good deal. Victoria made sure to work with us on the financial side of things, and Michael walked us through a lot of the features of the 2026 forester that were very different from our 2013 outback. Highly recommend for their professionalism and friendliness from beginning to end, and we're excited to have a car that should last us the next 15 years!

I’ve been going here to service since I got my car from 2021. My most recent one was the 60k miles which was a lot of things. Christian took care of me. Everyone in the service department are nice and took me step by step in what they were doing with the car. Wether you need service for your Subaru or want to buy a new one, I cannot recommend this place enough. Even during covid they did not do a single dollar of markup with their prices. 10/10

My local dealership would never do that they’re always “busy”. They also looked for coupons for me because my phone died! We brought our sister’s new WRX because of a tire pressure light. Christian was very welcoming and made sure nothing was wrong with the car. Genuinely a great experience dealing with Paulina and Manager Mike. My wife and I had visited three dealers the day before and each of them had made the experience difficult, employing a range of pushy sales tactics that in every instance resulted in significantly inflated prices after various add ons and dealer fees. At Hanlees Paulina and Mike were entirely pleasant to deal with, spared us the bullsit and got us out the door quickly for a good price. Will be taking our business there going forward.
I live in Fairfield California, but I traveled to Napa California for Subaru services. We have a brand new 2026 Forrester hybrid and we have a 2006 outback XT right now we’ve had over 20 Subaru in our life. We love them to death our relationship with the service department. Christian and Eric have taken very good care of us. It’s almost like we look forward to seeing them when we bring them in for service their communication skills are good. They’re pleasant and they treat us like family. All I can say is thank you very much.
