All went good until I had to pay my bill. I have a third-,party service contract that was not in their computer system , so I have to go back with copies of the contracts to get re-inbursed.

I had a great experience at Hanlees Napa Subaru. Originally I was going to the Walnut Creek location, had a 2024 Ascent on order. Nothing negative happened there but unfortunately I had a family emergency and needed a safe vehicle immediately for travel. Knowing I couldn't get an 8 seater 2023 at WC location I looked around and found one at Hanlees. Cherry was great! It was a stress free environment. I didn't even suggest negotiating and walked away with a great deal. I think I was in and out within 2 hours and Cherry continues to check on my satisfaction.

Great service from start to finish. Dominique was our salesperson and she was fantastic. Very efficient, knowledgeable about the car, services, and more. We were in the market to buy a new Forester for almost a year, Dominique stayed in contact but was never pushy and when the stars aligned we made the purchase. The finance manager was great (way better than the previous finance manager) and got through all of the paper work fast, which we greatly appreciated. We'll be back in a few years for our third Subaru purchased from the Napa dealership!

Hanlee's has been more than accommodating in every aspect of my new car ownership over the last 6 months. Even though I moved 60 miles away after my purchase they have even gone so far as to come pick up my car and return it the next day to perform a complimentary protective finish treatment both inside and out. Even for this 6 month warranty service, they provided transportation to and from my daughter's employer so she could drop off my car. They have gone above & beyond at every opportunity.

This dealership is close to where I live. It’s easy to make an appointment, and the service office is nice an accommodative on the phone. I always wait for the service, because they do the work efficiently. We bought our Outback there, and they have taken care of my car as if it were their own.

a service doesn't include checking fluid levels? (windshield washer)? Would have been nice. Otherwise, service was fine & speedy.

Latch mechanism on hatch didn’t work. They got me right in, had parts on site, fixed issues immediately. I’m very impressed with kindness, professional service, and quality of work.

Berto and Genette did an excellent job of explaining the problem I had with my car. Berto found and removed a small rock that was between the backing plate and rotor.

Friendly, efficient. Would have appreciated if they’d have checked the gas cap prior to the $200 testing as it was loose and triggered the check engine light.
