"We Should Have Visited Hanlees First"

It had been 20 years since my last car purchase. We were becoming quite frustrated in our dealings with other dealerships. We should have visited Hanlees first. When the term of this lease is complete I will return to Hanlees and even if the same staff is not available to assist us I hope that we will be given the same kind, warm and exceptional service that we received from Hanlees. I am a person that cares to do business in a small town like manner. I prefer to visit shops and stores were I am known and treated like a neighbor. Hanlees made me feel this way and for that I will certainly return to Hanlees in the future. I pray I receive the same reception. Thank You!

"Extremely Happy and Satisfied"

I was very disappointed with the new car purchase process by previous dealership I was working with (M***** volkswagon *****, CA) they lied to me, and took my deposit for a car that was not due to arrive for another 2 weeks, following up with them and even with Volkswagon Corp, in Virginia,didn't help me much and made me more frustrated and pushed me to purchase a Honda or Toyota, who are best known for their excellent customer service. However, I was extremely happy and satisfied by Hanlees of Napa, who were honest and answered all of my questions and delivered the car on time and stayed on top of things to ensure my satisfaction. I wish Volkswwagon corporation can ensure all dealerships are in compliance and are doing their level best to satisfy customers and audit the dealerships to ensure they're not damaging the image and name of Volkswagon. I loved the passat and wanted to have it, but was so disappointed with the bad experience and was almost go ing to buy an Accord, if it wasn't for the Hanlees dealership and their excellent staff Ira and John, who convinced me otherwise.
